What to Know

Core Rules

  • ALL PLAYERS must have adequate footwear. FULL CLEATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Turf shoes, indoor shoes, or sneakers are all acceptable
  • DO NOT KICK THE SENSORS or touch them with your hand. Only contact them with the ball
  • Please keep balls below knee height. CORE is meant to be played on ground.
  • DO NOT HANG on the Netting, poles, or ropes.
  • DO NOT INTENTIONALLY KICK A BALL INTO THE NETTING.  Netting is a protective barrier and not designed for repeated high-impacts.
  • Do not kick the ball outside of a pod unless approved by a CORE coach.
